Structure and performance specification:
1.抽真空、充氮氣、封口過程均在密封室內進行，有效防止空氣二次進入罐內；
Processes of vacuuming, nitrogen filling and seaming are conducted in seamed chamber to effectively prevent air from entering the
cans again;
2.通過更換壓蓋模、罐身固定夾、下蓋器等配件就可封不同規格的易拉罐和奶粉罐；
Different-sized ring-pull cans and milk powder cans can be seamed by replacing accessories like lid-pressing die, can clamp and lid-
dropping device;
3.罐蓋聯控：當有罐進入時，才相應給蓋，無罐不給蓋；
Can-lid interlock control: corresponding lid is given only when there is a can, and no lid no can;
4.無蓋停機：當下蓋器沒有給蓋時，自動停機，避免罐身咬住壓蓋模、損壞卷封機構零部件；
The machine will stop in the case of no lid: it can automatically stop when no lid is dropped by the lid-dropping device so as to
avoid seizing of lid-pressing die by the can and parts damage of seaming mechanism;
5.自動化控制，采用PLC可編控制器控制，人機界面觸摸屏操作；
Auto-control: with PLC (Programmable Logic Control), the machine can be operated on human-machine interface touch panel;
6.所有氣動元件和電磁閥均采用"亞德客"品牌；
All pneumatic components and solenoid valves are "AirTAC" brand;
7.采用高精度數顯壓力傳感器檢測真空壓力，可以任意設置所需的真空壓力；
With high precision digital pressure sensor for vacuum pressure detection, the vacuum pressure can be set freely as required;
8.采用高壓真空泵抽真空，可以到達低真空度；
Extremely low vacuum degree can be achieved with high-pressure vacuum pump;
9.通過功能切換，可實現只抽真空不充氮氣、不抽真空不充氮氣等不同功能，一機多用。

10.外罩與主要零部件采用SUS304不銹鋼，滿足食品、藥品衛生要求。
