Structure and performance specification:
1.抽真空、充氮?dú)狻⒎饪谶^程均在密封室內(nèi)進(jìn)行，有效防止空氣二次進(jìn)入罐內(nèi)；
Processes of vacuuming, nitrogen filling and seaming are conducted in seamed chamber to effectively prevent air from entering the
cans again;
2.通過更換壓蓋模、罐身固定夾、下蓋器等配件就可封不同規(guī)格的易拉罐和奶粉罐；
Different-sized ring-pull cans and milk powder cans can be seamed by replacing accessories like lid-pressing die, can clamp and lid-
dropping device;
3.罐蓋聯(lián)控：當(dāng)有罐進(jìn)入時(shí)，才相應(yīng)給蓋，無(wú)罐不給蓋；
Can-lid interlock control: corresponding lid is given only when there is a can, and no lid no can;
4.無(wú)蓋停機(jī)：當(dāng)下蓋器沒有給蓋時(shí)，自動(dòng)停機(jī)，避免罐身咬住壓蓋模、損壞卷封機(jī)構(gòu)零部件；
The machine will stop in the case of no lid: it can automatically stop when no lid is dropped by the lid-dropping device so as to
avoid seizing of lid-pressing die by the can and parts damage of seaming mechanism;
5.自動(dòng)化控制，采用PLC可編控制器控制，人機(jī)界面觸摸屏操作；
Auto-control: with PLC (Programmable Logic Control), the machine can be operated on human-machine interface touch panel;
6.所有氣動(dòng)元件和電磁閥均采用"亞德客"品牌；
All pneumatic components and solenoid valves are "AirTAC" brand;
7.采用高精度數(shù)顯壓力傳感器檢測(cè)真空壓力，可以任意設(shè)置所需的真空壓力；

8.采用高壓真空泵抽真空，可以到達(dá)低真空度；
Extremely low vacuum degree can be achieved with high-pressure vacuum pump;
