Applicable Scope:

Suitable for sewing thick canvas, leather goods such as freight car sail, load bags, safety belts, saddles, suitcases and so on.

機器的使用與保養(yǎng)：

1、機器在裝箱強，為防止機件生銹，涂有防銹油脂，由于貯藏和運輸，可能造成油脂硬化和積聚灰塵，使用前必須將表面的油脂用汽油清洗干凈，并用潔凈的棉紗或軟布干。

2、機器在運轉(zhuǎn)前，必須對各處油孔加注縫紉機油，然后再開空車試運轉(zhuǎn)。手輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向為逆時針方向（操作者面向手輪）。機器在正常使用時，要時常加注潤滑油，每班不得少于兩次。

3、機器的工作速度按操作者的熟練程度而異，新機器安裝后，應有一段低速磨合階段，按800轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘運轉(zhuǎn)一個月后，再加快到額定轉(zhuǎn)速，但不得超過1000轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘，以免因轉(zhuǎn)速過高引起機件損傷，影響機器的使用壽命。

2. Before the operation of the machine, the oil of the sewing machine must be filled with oil at all oil holes, and then the machine should be tested in an empty car. The rotation direction of the handwheel is counterclockwise (the operator faces the handwheel). When the machine is in normal use, lubricants should be filled from time to time, not less than twice per shift.

3, the working speed of the machine varies according to the operator's proficiency, after the installation of the new machine, there should be a period of low speed runin stage, run at 800 RPM for a month, then speed up to the rated speed, but not more than 1000 RPM, in order to avoid damage caused by too high speed parts, affect the service life of the machine.
