氣環(huán)式真空泵之應用技術(shù)
A.送風-入口應加裝大型過濾器
1. 出氣口之總截面積應大于氣環(huán)式真空泵出口截面之1/2。
2. 如用于水中送氣，其水深應在型錄上所標示使用靜壓值之80%o
3. 在加壓送氣之使用時，出口溫度因空氣磨擦的關(guān)系會大于常溫10P以上屬于正常，故應使用鐵管1M以上。

A. Blowing The installment of a large-sized filter at the end of inlet is recommended.
1. The total sections of outlets should be half more than the outlet section of the blower.
2. If use as an air pump under water, the water level should between 80% of the maximum which show on the catalogue.
3. At least one meter long iron tube should be applied to the blower when it used as deliver air under pressurization, due to the exhaust temperature will be 10°C higher than the normal atmospheric temperature by the compression of air.
B. 吸風-出口可裝消音器。

INSTALLATIONS

•Good ventilation with less dustａnd humidity. Kindly pay extra attention to ODP(Open Drip Proof) motor for its weak at dust-proof and damp-proof. •If the blower is used outside, please set up the canopy.
A 養(yǎng)殖池 [1 m，空氣約有290g氧1 m'空氣進入水中約有5g溶氧]
' 1.1 rr^ 約需0.036m3/min 空氣
2.池深x安全系數(shù)=氣環(huán)式真空泵連續(xù)使用上限吐出壓力
例:池10m長X30m寬X1.5m深
a. 所需空氣量約為 10X30X0.036=10.8m7min
b. 所需氣環(huán)式真空泵連續(xù)使用上限之吐出壓力約為1.5X1.3=1.95M水壓=1950mmH2O
Applications

F. 串聯(lián)之應用一壓力增加(但禁止不同功率串聯(lián))
1 .壓力=(A機+B機)X90% 2.風量=入機
F. Series connection— pressure increase (But prohibit different horsepower series)
1 .pressure=(machine A+machine B) )X 90% 2. air volume= machine A
G. 并聯(lián)之應用一風量增加
1.風量=A^n.+B機 2.壓力=A機或B機
G. Parallel connection
1. Air volume= machine A+machine B 2. pressure= machine A or machine B
H. 氣環(huán)式真空泵出口由於壓力與空氣摩擦生熱,所以出口應先接用長1M以上鐵管

bhb型---其壓力與電流成正比，靜壓愈高則電流愈高，為了減少故障及節(jié)省電力，請盡可能加大進出風口之截面積，或使用風量調(diào)節(jié)閥。
