德國 Kerafol Keratherm KP98 導熱硅脂 

德國KERAFOL公司研發和生產的6 W/mK 高導熱系數產品，廣泛應用于高科技領域，汽車電子，航空航天，工業電源，電腦筆記本，芯片CPU,GPU，IGBT等產品的導熱。

不含硅的特性由合成熱聚合物組成并適用于快速有效的散熱，特別適用于對有機硅敏感的應用。產品長期穩定性保證在整個生命周期內可操作，在正常應用下條件，導熱硅脂不會固化干燥和融化。
