技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

纏繞機(jī)采用臥式分體結(jié)構(gòu)布局，主要包括纏繞小車、繞絲嘴、伸臂、主軸、紗架、浸膠裝置、預(yù)浸帶纏繞裝置(可選配)、電控柜等部件。配置高精度西門子840 D 數(shù)控控制系統(tǒng)，張力控制系統(tǒng)采用氣動(dòng)伺服控制張力器對(duì)每一團(tuán)紗進(jìn)行張力控制和合股纖維張力測(cè)量顯示，每團(tuán)紗的張力互不影響，具備停機(jī)繼續(xù)保持張力的功能。該設(shè)備能夠適用碳纖維、玻璃纖維及有機(jī)纖維等纏繞工藝要求。濕法纏繞能進(jìn)行罐體(等開(kāi)口及不等開(kāi)口)、管道、球體、錐體、組合體等回轉(zhuǎn)體及方形制品的纖維纏繞。

龍門式五軸三工位纖維纏繞機(jī)

該纖維纏繞機(jī)采用龍門式三工位結(jié)構(gòu)，主要由龍門框架、纏繞小車、紗架及張力系統(tǒng)等部分組成， 適用于有效纏繞長(zhǎng)度2500mm (夾持長(zhǎng)度3500mm), 直徑500mm, 單工位 重量(芯模+產(chǎn)品)250Kg 的芯模纏繞，主要用于大長(zhǎng)徑比，等開(kāi)口與不等開(kāi)口筒形罐、小直徑球罐、 車載四型氫氣瓶、軸管等軸對(duì)稱纏繞件及其任意組合形體的纏繞，纏繞工藝為濕法纏繞，纏繞纖維

有碳纖維、玻璃纖維等，具有效率高、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性高等特點(diǎn)。
