　　三、使用方法：

　　先用鋼板尺測量被測試樣的大體厚度，例如：被測試樣大約厚56mm，用鋼板尺先將測厚儀的底板和壓盤之間的距離測量到50mm，此數值為初始距離，然后將測厚儀的移動橫梁擰緊，輕輕抬起測厚儀的壓盤，將被測試樣放到底板和壓盤之間，輕輕放下壓盤，使其與試樣接觸，待百分表讀數穩定后讀數，精確到0.1mm。如讀數為6.1mm，則該試樣的真實厚度為初始距離50mm實測厚度6.1mm=56.1mm。

　　注：巖棉板式測厚儀用鋼板尺和測厚儀確定被測試樣的初始厚度時，請取A接近試樣的整數值，實測數值應不超過10mm。例如，被測試樣大約在20~30mm，初始距離定為20mm，在50~60mm時，初始距離定為50mm，其他同理，初始距離A高為150mm。

　　Third,the method of use:

　　First measure the general thickness of the test sample with a steel ruler.For example,the test sample is about 56 mm thick.Use a steel ruler to measure the distance between the bottom plate of the gage and the platen to 50 mm.This value is the initial distance and then The moving beam of the gage is tightened,gently lift the platen of the gage,place the test sample between the bottom plate and the platen,gently lower the platen to make contact with the sample,ａnd wait for the dial gauge reading The reading after stabilization is accurate to 0.1mm.If the reading is 6.1mm,the true thickness of the sample is the initial distance of 50mm and the measured thickness is 6.1mm=56.1mm.

　　Note:When using the steel ruler and thickness gauge to determine the initial thickness of the test sample,take the integer value closest to the sample.The measured value should not exceed 10mm.For example,the sample to be tested is about 20~30mm,the initial distance is set to 20mm,ａnd the initial distance is 50mm when it is 50~60mm.For the same reason,the initial distance is up to 150mm.

　　四、操作步驟：

　　★平穩地抬起防水卷材測厚儀測量壓板，將一塊已備好的被測小樣放在測量壓板與支座之間，輕輕地放下測量壓板使其與試樣接觸。待測厚儀指針穩定后記錄百分表此時的讀數，然后計算此小樣的實際厚度。

　　★重復步驟5測量其余三個小樣的厚度，并計算4個小樣厚度的算術平均值作為該試樣的厚度。對于厚度測量需要包括貼面層的試樣，應將貼面層向下放置。但若是金屬網貼面，則應將金屬網去除后再進行測量。

　　首先調整防水卷材測厚儀測量壓板的底平面與支座的上平面平行。

　　★準備被測試樣小樣。

　　根據被測試樣的厚度選用相應的基準塊進行組合做為測量基準（注：基準塊可根據被測試樣的高度任意組合）。

　　★將組合好的基準塊放在支座上，松開立柱鎖緊手柄，上、下調整支架，使百分表下端的測量壓板壓在基準塊上，并使百分表有0.2mm的預緊量，然后鎖緊立柱鎖緊手柄，并記錄此時百分表讀數，抬起測量壓板，移去基準塊。

　　Fourth,the operation steps:

　　★smoothly lift the waterproof coil gauge to measure the pressure plate,place a prepared sample to be placed between the measuring platen and the support,ａnd gently lower the measuring plate to make contact with the sample.After the thickness gauge pointer is stable,record the reading of the dial gauge at this time,ａnd then calculate the actual thickness of the sample.

　　★Repeat step 5 to measure the thickness of the remaining three samples and calculate the arithmetic mean of the thickness of the four samples as the thickness of the sample.For thickness measurements that require a sample of the overlay,the overlay should be placed down.However,if the metal mesh is veneered,the metal mesh should be removed before measurement.

　　First adjust the waterproof membrane thickness gauge to measure the bottom plane of the pressure plate parallel to the upper plane of the support.

　　★Prepare a sample to be tested.

　　According to the thickness of the sample to be tested,the corresponding reference block is selected and used as the measurement reference(Note:the reference block can be arbitrarily combined according to the height of the sample to be tested).

　　★Place the assembled reference block on the support,loosen the column locking handle,adjust the bracket up and down,press the measuring plate at the lower end of the dial gauge on the reference block,ａnd make the dial indicator 0.2mm pre-Tightly,then lock the column lock handle and record the dial gauge reading,lift the measurement platen,ａnd remove the reference block.
