KV-SC-1550型旋涂儀為珠海凱為設計研發產品，產品采用無極調速技術和數字化時間控制技術，兩級轉速設計，使用時可分兩步旋涂：低轉速攤開和高轉速勻膠。本旋涂儀可用于半導體材料、集成電路、微光學、生命科學、凝聚態物理、化學等領域的研發及生產中?？捎糜诟鞣N半導體材料和其他的化學材料在硅片、載玻片、導電玻璃、聚合物片材等的表面旋涂成膜。

KV-SC-1550 is a compact and easy-to-use spin coater for precise and uniform deposition of thin films and coatings. Its rugged, vibration-free and portable design makes it a versatile tool for your research facility. A two-stage spin process allows dispensing at low speed and homogenizing the coating at high speed. The spin coater can be used in the research and production of organic electronics devices, such as organic solar cells or OPV, OLED , electrochromic devices, it also can be used in photoresist etching, ic design, life science research, et al.

產品特點：

1）兩級連續自動變速設計，轉速可達11000rpm；

2）數字式旋涂時間設定，精度更高；

3）分體式設計，旋轉室和旋轉吸盤使用聚四氟乙烯材料設計，方便拆洗；

4）四種不同直徑的聚四氟乙烯旋轉吸盤可選擇，適合不同直徑的片材的旋涂；

5）高密封旋轉式真空吸附頭設計，吸附真空度可達-0.08MPa，使用更安全；

6）旋轉室可通惰性氣體或反應性氣體；

7）采用24V直流電機，內置平衡轉軸，旋涂更加穩定。
