閥門殼體厚度超過國家標準GB、JB和美標ANSI的標準數據要求，主要材質化學元素和力學性能達到國家標準規定要求。殼體三段結構設計，體型堅固，外型美觀。

閥體材質化學元素達到國家規定標準要求，精工細磨。保證閥桿具有良好的化學性能及抗腐蝕性能。

內置緩行補償彈性墊圈，確保穩定良好的密封性。并且在含有新質介質中，不容易卡死造成球的破裂。

全襯硬密封面接觸陶瓷球閥設計結構，介質通道均襯結構陶瓷材料，其化學穩定性加上的硬度（硬度HRA88以上，僅次于金鋼石）的特性。

閥門結構簡潔，流道順暢，介質流動阻力小。硬密封陶瓷內件，由六件科學合理的結構組成，與介質接觸部分均為結構陶瓷。閥球、閥座面接觸加工，使得球與座內圓緊密結合。加上球圓精度高、表面質量好、整閥扭矩輕、阻力小、密封性達零泄露。
