•Delta模式測量,配合程控電流源反轉(zhuǎn)極性進(jìn)行低阻測試,可達(dá)24Hz和30nV P-P噪聲,多次讀數(shù)平均還可進(jìn)一步降低噪聲
•與電源同步技術(shù)可提供110dB的串模抑制 (NMRR) ,將AC共模電流的影響減至最小
•雙通道輸入,可測量電壓、溫度或未知電阻與參考電阻的比例
