WJ-400B熔體流動速率測定儀

熔體流動速率儀是按照GB/T3682-2018、ASTM D1238標準，并參看JB/T5456、ISO1133等類似標準，熔體流動速率測定儀是用于測定熱塑性塑料熔體質量流動速率（MFR；單位：g/10min）的儀器。廣泛用于熱塑性塑料熔融指數值的測定。

一、符合標準

該儀器執行JB/T5456標準要求，適用GB/T3682、ASTM D1238、ISO1133等標準。

二、技術參數

利用壓實法對材料進行預成型的裝置和步驟

1 本儀器提供了裝料壓實方法的功能，當測定粉料、薄片、薄膜碎片或碎片狀樣品的M FR和 MVR

時，本附錄對試驗樣品的預成型特別有用。將這樣的試驗樣品壓實成棒狀試樣，可減少試樣內部氣泡和

空隙，從而避免試驗結果重復性差的情況，并且壓實后的試樣棒可以快速裝入MFR或 M V R的料筒

中。其他預壓制試驗樣品的方法也是可適用的。

2 原理

粉料、薄片、薄膜條或模塑制品的碎片料在真空下壓制成型，其直徑接近但不能超過熔體流動速率

儀的料筒內徑。對于半結晶聚合物，壓制材料的溫度應該低于熔融溫度T m;對于非結晶聚合物，壓制

材料的溫度應該接近玻璃化轉變溫度Tg。這樣可盡量減少氣泡并且不會導致過多的熱降解。

3 預成型裝置

3.1

本預成型裝置由一個可加熱的料筒組成，料筒底部被一個端塞堵住。壓力由活塞施加在料筒中

3.2 鋼料筒

鋼料筒應固定在豎直方向，操作溫度應可達300 °C ，并與其他部件隔熱。料筒長度為115 mm?

180 mm，內徑為9.550 mm士0.025 mm。。

3.3 活塞

活塞應有長度為6.35 mm士0.1 m m的活塞頭。活塞頭的

直徑應為 9.474 mm士0.007 mm。

3. 4 加熱和恒溫裝置

加熱和恒溫裝置可用于使料筒中的材料在選定溫度下維持在所要求溫度的±3.0 °C以內。

3.5 負荷

施加在活塞頂部的負荷力應為2 kN士0.5 kN，可通過合適的方法施加，例如機械施加、氣動施加

等。負荷力加在預成型的試驗樣品上，將試樣壓實成棒，移除底部端塞后，從料筒擠出試樣。

3.6 真空泵

真空泵用于在預成型前，預成型中和預成型后對試樣進行抽濕和排氣，防止進一步的污染。

3. 7 狀態調節

在將試驗樣品壓實成棒前，應按該材料分類標準要求進行狀態調節。材料的狀態調節也可參見6.2

和 GB/T 3682.2—2018。

4 壓實步驟

對于半結晶樣品，料筒溫度應設定為低于熔融溫度（了m)l〇 °C?20 °C ;對于非結晶樣品，料筒溫度

應設定為低于玻璃化溫度（Tg)l 〇 °C?20 °C 。如果這些值不合適，也可選擇其他的溫度范圍，但半結晶

樣品設定溫度應低于熔融溫度T m，非結晶樣品應低于玻璃化轉變溫度Tg。

注：給出的溫度范圍已證明適用于一些材料。粉料和薄片僅部分軟化，并在真空下被壓實成棒。

用棉布清潔料筒和活塞。

用底部端塞堵住料筒底部。

將狀態調節過的樣品加入料筒中。樣品量不應少于MFR或 M VR試驗所需要的量，見表 4 指南要

求的少試樣量。裝料時，用裝料桿壓實試樣。在試樣堆積密度很低時，先用較少量的料裝滿料筒，壓

實，重復此步驟直到料筒中裝人所需的試樣量。

如果材料分類標準未禁止使用真空，應在裝料時使用真空。

注：使用真空可提高材料壓實程度,并且減少材料吸收的水分。

裝料完成后，迅速向活塞施加2.0 kN士0.5 kN 的力，并保持2 min。

移除活塞負荷。移除料筒底部端塞后，隨著活塞的下降，壓實料棒從料筒中擠出。

5 壓實料棒的處理

除非在相關材料分類標準中另有說明，應將壓實料棒冷卻后再進行MFR或 M VR測試。
