開箱機(jī)

用途：流程中自動完成開箱、成形、下底葉片折合粘膠帶。

裝箱機(jī)

用途：完成流程中自動裝箱。

封箱折蓋機(jī)

用途：流程中自動完成折蓋與封箱操作。

主要特點：

1、紙箱上前蓋靠船形板折彎，其他三個葉片氣動折合，平穩(wěn)順暢，封箱作業(yè)一氣呵成，美觀省力，可配合自動化包裝機(jī)械系列使用。

2、引進(jìn)新型貼帶器，不用鼓風(fēng)機(jī)吹挺膠帶，利用壓片裝置，使膠帶挺立不彎下而造成不能粘貼。

3、左右皮帶傳動（3240＊80加導(dǎo)條），主傳動機(jī)構(gòu)使用特殊培林座高精密、低噪音，增加皮帶使用壽命。

4、采用梯形絲桿同步調(diào)節(jié)寬窄高低，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計可靠。

5、紙箱兩端封箱膠帶折角長度60~65mm、可定制80mm、100mm。
