本機適用于多種幾何形狀的容器，有機械手，出蓋速度快，無反蓋。供蓋系統和機械手同步工作。當瓶蓋旋緊，瓶和蓋相對靜止，離合器分離，使瓶、蓋均不受損傷。本機根據不同的瓶蓋，分刮蓋和抓蓋兩種形式上蓋。

1 根據客戶的特征和旋蓋速度要求設計，配合自動生產線使用。  
2 整機由三部分組成：自動理蓋、自動落蓋、自動旋蓋。 
3 PLC控制系統。

4 可根據要求設計旋蓋頭的數量。

QDX Automatic capping machine  

Introduction ： 

This machine is suitable for many kinds of the geometry of the container, a mechanical hand, to cover speed, no reverse cover. Covered for the manipulator system synchronization. When the cap is screwed down, the bottle cover relatively static, clutch, so that the bottle, cover are not subject to damage. The machine according to different bottle cover, cut and cover grabbing two forms the upper cover.
