刀輥切竹機與除塵機及吸塵設備、電器控制裝置配套使用，在工藝流程上位于*道工序，加工處理后的原料通過輸送機送往蒸煮設備（或預浸機）再蒸煮。 

刀輥切竹機由進料輸送機構，喂料機構，切斷機構和出料輸送機構四大部分組成。切斷部分采用平刀直刃無隙剪切技術，消除了原有的刀輥切草機、刀輥切竹機、刀輥切布機等飛刀與底刀中間有間隙的弊病，該切料機具有生產能力大，切料合格率高，減少磨刀時間和換刀次數，延長刀片使用壽命等特點。適用于不含金屬、石塊等硬物的稻麥草料的切斷。

Knife roll and bamboo cutter matched with deduster and dust collecting equipment and electrical control devices are the first process in process flows. 

The raw materials after processing are sent to cooking equipment through the conveyor (or prepreg machine) and then cooking again.

The cutting machine has a large capacity, high pass rate; reduces the grinding time and tool change times, extends blades life and so on. 

It used for cutting rice and wheat forages without metals, stones and other hard objects.
