     241聚酰亞胺薄膜壓敏膠帶（丙烯酸）是在聚酰亞胺薄膜單面涂以丙烯酸壓敏膠粘劑制成的。具有一定的表面自粘性，剝離強(qiáng)度，內(nèi)聚力及一定的剪切強(qiáng)度。適用于各種大型的電機(jī)、電器、電纜及電子產(chǎn)品絕緣。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號(hào)：Q/12YJ4212-2005

產(chǎn)品參數(shù)：

  1、外觀：

  膠帶盤面應(yīng)平整、無(wú)氣泡、無(wú)流膠、膠層均勻。開卷時(shí)膠層不轉(zhuǎn)移，邊比整齊無(wú)破損。

  2、尺寸：

    2.1 膠帶長(zhǎng)度：每卷總長(zhǎng)度30-60米或根據(jù)用戶要求提供。
    2.2 膠帶寬度：寬度為10mm-50mm，偏差為±0.5mm。寬度大于50mm的膠帶，偏差為±1.0mm；可根據(jù)用戶要求提供各種規(guī)格的膠帶。
    2.3 膠帶的厚度與允許偏差：根據(jù)用戶的要求可供給各種厚度的膠帶，允許偏差：±0.008mm。

  3、膠帶性能要求：

I requirements:

1 Appearance

The film surface is smooth, bright and clean. It should have no defects such as folding, tearing, particulate, air bubble, pinhole and any external impurity. Its edges shall be orderly and no breakage.

2 Dimension

The roll length is 30-60 meter or supplied according to the customer’s requirements. The width and allowable deviation: 10mm-50mm: ±0.5mm;  >50mm: ±1mm.

3 Thickness

Thickness and allowable deviation: all of the thickness is available, ±0.008mm.
