SINAMICS G120C is a compact converter for control cabinet mounting in IP20 degree of protection where the Control Unit (CU) and Power Module (PM) function units are combined in one device.

The compact mechanical design and the high power density allow these devices to be installed in machine control enclosures and control cabinets for maximum space utilization. The SINAMICS G120C compact converter can be butt-mounted directly, without derating at temperatures up to 40 °C (104 °F).

SINAMICS G120C can be integrated into the widest range of applications, either using the integrated digital and analog inputs or via the integrated fieldbus interface (available in USS, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET / EtherNet/IP versions). Especially the product versions with integrated PROFIBUS/PROFINET interface make full integration into the Siemens TIA family possible, therefore allowing the advantages of the seamless TIA product family to be fully utilized. SINAMICS G120C devices are preset in the factory so that they can be immediay connected to PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET fieldbus systems without parameterization.

SINAMICS G120C is also equipped with the safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) as standard, which is used to safely stop drives. As a consequence, machine manufacturers can simply comply with current machinery directives with minimum associated costs.

SINAMICS G120C can control asynchronous (induction) motors in the power range from 0.37 kW up to 132 kW (0.5 hp to 200 hp). Reliable and efficient motor operation is achieved by using state-of-the-art IGBT technology combined with vector control. The extensive range of functions integrated in the SINAMICS G120C also offers a high degree of protection for the converter and motor.

Line-side components

Line reactors

Line reactors smooth the current drawn by the converter and thus reduce harmonic components in the line current. Through the reduction of the current harmonics, the thermal load on the power components in the rectifier and in the DC-link capacitors is reduced as well as the harmonic effects on the supply. The use of a line reactor increases the service life of the converter.

Recommended line-side power components

Standard fuses can be used for the SINAMICS G120C. These must be dimensioned to comply with local regulations. In this chapter, you will find recommended components such as fuses and circuit breakers in compliance with IEC and UL regulations.

DC link components

Braking resistors

Excess energy in the DC link is dissipated in the braking resistor. The braking resistors are designed for use with the SINAMICS G120C. This has an integrated braking chopper (electronic switch).

Output reactors

Output reactors reduce the rate of voltage rise (dv/dt) and the height of the current peaks, and enable longer motor cables to be connected.

PLC在片梭織機自動混緯系統(tǒng)的應用

 

     片梭織機的換緯是通過控制挑緯器動作來實現的。新型片梭織機由電腦控制電磁鐵,進而由電磁鐵驅動挑緯器工作,可實現任意比例混緯。PU130型片梭織機通過機械帶動兩個祧緯器工作,只能織制1:1比例混緯產品。為適應市場對多比例混緯產品的需求,針對PU130片梭織機特點,我們經過精心設計,積極攻關,研制出適合PU130進口片梭織機特點的自動混緯系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以氣源為動力,由電磁閥控制氣缸、再由氣缸活塞帶動挑緯器按工藝要求動作,而電磁閥由PLC可編程控制器按程序來控制,改變程序很容易實現多比例自動混緯。該系統(tǒng)簡單、實用、性能穩(wěn)定,投資少見效快。

  1問題提出

  由瑞士生產的PU130型片梭織機,屬于二十世紀八十年代的產品。該設備九十年代初引進時性能較為*,主要生產 7*6、7*7等厚重常規(guī)品種牛仔布,產品質量穩(wěn)定均能達到客戶的滿意,在生產中發(fā)揮著重要作用。也給企業(yè)帶來了新的產品市場,創(chuàng)造了良好的經濟效益。但是,隨著社會經濟的不斷發(fā)展,社會需求越來越高,牛仔布品種越來越多樣化。老產品已不適應人們的需求,取而代之的是不同支數、不同顏色、不同比例的多比例混緯牛仔布新產品。而且需求量越來越大,占據了市場的主流。PU130型片梭織機只能單一比例混緯,產品品種單一,嚴重制約了新產品開發(fā)。雖然PU130型片梭織機已經更新換代,但是,新設備的自動換緯系統(tǒng)復雜昂貴,再次引進更換新設備已不現實。
PU130片梭織機是二棉分公司的重點設備之一,在織造車間所占比重較大,對企業(yè)生產經營產生著舉足輕重的影響,隨著新型進口設備自動化程度的不斷提高,該設備的不足也愈顯突出。另外,該設備在經過十多年使用后,元器件老化,故障率增加,再加上該型號進口設備已經更新換代,配件價格昂貴而且難以買到,致使維修難度增大、維修費用增高,常常因此而影響生產和產品質量。品種調整時改機時間長,投入資金愈來愈多。因此,在PU130片梭織機上實現多比例混緯,繼續(xù)充分發(fā)揮該設備的作用就成了擺在我們面前的重大課題。

  2研制方案的確定

  PU130型片梭織機有兩個挑緯器,每個挑緯器帶動一根緯紗,由機械帶動依次輪流工作,達到1 :1混緯。若要實現n :1混緯,則必須使其中一個挑緯器連續(xù)工作n次后,另一個再工作,從而實現多比例混緯的目的。通過調研和反復研究、論證,形成設計思路如下:

  一、采用氣源為動力,帶動挑緯器工作。氣源由電磁閥控制,而電磁閥由可編程控制器按程序來控制,從而控制挑緯器動作,實現多比例自動混緯。

  二、通過一定程序完成停車、斷緯、或其他原因造成的停車補緯工作。

  三、可編程控制器控制的電磁閥動作要與織機的運動協(xié)調*(同步)。

  四、由于挑緯器每分鐘要完成300個動作,要求選用的所有元件質量穩(wěn)定且能滿足高頻率、*工作的要求。

  3系統(tǒng)組成及工作原理

  3.1系統(tǒng)組成

  空氣壓縮機:作為動力源輸出氣源驅動汽缸進而帶動挑緯器工作,氣壓0.7—0.85MPa。(企業(yè)已有且正在用于生產,不需單獨購置)

  可編程控制器:選用日本三菱FX1n—MR24型,其具有性能穩(wěn)定,動作可靠、價格低等特點。傳感器選用頻率在50HZ以上NPN型,其工作電壓與所選用可編程控制器提供電壓*(24V)。

  電磁閥:電磁閥的選用要滿足動作頻率高、響應速度快的要求,由DC12V或24V電源供電。經過多次試驗,zui后選用中國臺灣產型號為T180—4E1—PSL的電磁閥。

  汽 缸:氣缸要求具有動作頻率高、潤滑好、耐摩擦、溫升低等特點,由專業(yè)生產廠特殊加工。自行設計制造了連桿接頭、支架接頭等系列部件。

  挑緯器:采用原機上帶的。

  3.2工作原理:以氣源為動力,驅動挑緯器按工藝要求工作,通過PLC控制而實現多比例自動混緯。系統(tǒng)工作過程:由電磁閥控制進入氣缸的兩個閥門,進入汽缸的空氣驅動氣缸活塞運動,氣缸活塞通過連桿接頭帶動挑緯器動作,通過PLC可編程控制器按程序來控制電磁閥,進而控制挑緯器按要求動作,達到不同比例混緯的目的。

  4系統(tǒng)調試及運行參數的確定

  4.1 把可編程控制器開關打到運行狀態(tài),然后短接一下X2­--- COM,啟動布機,此時,應按2 :1工藝運行。依此類推,短接一下X3---COM, 然后啟動織機,應按3 :1工藝運行。依次有:X4對應4 :1比例混緯;X5對應5 :1比例混緯;X6對應6 :1比例混緯。4.2使布機運行在6 :1狀態(tài),在運行到單緯位時停機,由值車工抽出zui后一緯,然后開車,或者在運行到單緯時,挑斷緯紗(不須抽緯紗),然后開車,布匹上該單元緯紗應不缺失。

  4.3使布機運行在6 :1狀態(tài),且在織多緯時停機或挑斷緯紗,由值車工抽掉zui后一緯,然后再開機,多緯數應該是6根。在織多緯情況下,不論何原因停車,可編程控制器輸出Y0應閉合,此時,電磁閥吸合(工作狀態(tài))帶動氣缸工作。

  4.4工藝參數設定:D128值為工藝要求值,必須在運行前由常數K設定初始值。因為K值小于20n毫秒時,織多緯時容易少緯;而K值大于1秒時,又容易造成多緯。所以,定時器T201的K值設定應大于20n毫秒的2—3倍,而小于1秒。例如:表1中是2 :1比例混緯程序,T201設置為320毫秒(大于20*n=20*2=40毫秒,小于1秒)。

5結語

  基于PLC的PU130進口片梭織機多比例自動混緯系統(tǒng)功能完善,結構合理,性能可靠,使用方便,達到了設計要求。我們的體會是: 
  1、對設備、操作、工藝進行詳細的了解和摸底,特別是對設備的控制系統(tǒng)存在的問題及其對生產造成的影響和混緯牛仔布生產工藝的特點等進行深入的分析和市場調研是研制成功的基礎。熟悉設備的工作原理、機構和性能,在充分利用原有設備特點的基礎上,控制挑緯器的動作是實現多比例混緯的關鍵。
  2、自動混緯機構動作單一,頻率較高。所以,可編程控制器、動力源、電磁閥、汽缸等器件的頻率特性、運行穩(wěn)定性和壽命是多比例混緯系統(tǒng)高效穩(wěn)定運行的保證。試生產初期,由于氣缸選型不當,缸體生熱,不利*工作,易損壞。火塞桿受力不平衡,易折斷。經過多種型號氣缸的比較試用,同時,研究改進與氣缸相聯的連桿接頭的結構,使運行保持平穩(wěn),滿足了工藝的要求。
  3、新型織機的混緯系統(tǒng)由電腦控制,功能全面、性能穩(wěn)定、效果好,但系統(tǒng)復雜價格高。根據PU130進口片梭織機的特點,采用可編程控制器控制電磁閥,電磁閥控制氣缸進而驅動挑緯器工作,實現多比例自動混緯的設計思想清晰明確,系統(tǒng)簡單、實用、針對性強,且投資少見效快,具有良好的推廣應用前景。
