設計

SINAMICS G120C is a compact converter for control cabinet mounting in IP20 degree of protection where the Control Unit (CU) and Power Module (PM) function units are combined in one device.

The compact mechanical design and the high power density allow these devices to be installed in machine control enclosures and control cabinets for maximum space utilization. The SINAMICS G120C compact converter can be butt-mounted directly, without derating at temperatures up to 40 °C (104 °F).

SINAMICS G120C, frame size FSAA with BOP-2

SINAMICS G120C can be integrated into the widest range of applications, either using the integrated digital and analog inputs or via the integrated fieldbus interface (available in USS, Modbus RTU, PROFIBUS, PROFINET / EtherNet/IP versions). Especially the product versions with integrated PROFIBUS/PROFINET interface make full integration into the Siemens TIA family possible, therefore allowing the advantages of the seamless TIA product family to be fully utilized. SINAMICS G120C devices are preset in the factory so that they can be immediay connected to PROFIBUS and/or PROFINET fieldbus systems without parameterization.

SINAMICS G120C is also equipped with the safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) as standard, which is used to safely stop drives. As a consequence, machine manufacturers can simply comply with current machinery directives with minimum associated costs.

SINAMICS G120C can control asynchronous (induction) motors in the power range from 0.37 kW up to 132 kW (0.5 hp to 200 hp). Reliable and efficient motor operation is achieved by using state-of-the-art IGBT technology combined with vector control. The extensive range of functions integrated in the SINAMICS G120C also offers a high degree of protection for the converter and motor.

Line-side components

Line reactors

Line reactors smooth the current drawn by the converter and thus reduce harmonic components in the line current. Through the reduction of the current harmonics, the thermal load on the power components in the rectifier and in the DC-link capacitors is reduced as well as the harmonic effects on the supply. The use of a line reactor increases the service life of the converter.

Recommended line-side power components

Standard fuses can be used for the SINAMICS G120C. These must be dimensioned to comply with local regulations. In this chapter, you will find recommended components such as fuses and circuit breakers in compliance with IEC and UL regulations.

DC link components

Braking resistors

Excess energy in the DC link is dissipated in the braking resistor. The braking resistors are designed for use with the SINAMICS G120C. This has an integrated braking chopper (electronic switch).

Output reactors

Output reactors reduce the rate of voltage rise (dv/dt) and the height of the current peaks, and enable longer motor cables to be connected.

Memory card

The parameter settings for an inverter can be stored on the SINAMICS SD memory card. When service is required, e.g. after the inverter has been replaced and the data have been downloaded from the memory card the drive system is immediay ready for use again. The associated memory card holder is integrated in the inverter.

PC inverter connection kit 2

For controlling and commissioning an inverter directly from a PC if the STARTER commissioning tool or SINAMICS Startdrive has been installed on the PC.

通過USS協(xié)議實現(xiàn)變頻調(diào)速器與PLC的通訊控制

1 引 言
在某衛(wèi)星地球站控制系統(tǒng)中，天線控制系統(tǒng)與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的距離有1 000 m。要求監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能實時讀取和設置變頻調(diào)的參數(shù)。在天線控制系統(tǒng)中安裝了西門子S7-200可編程控制器和西門子變頻器調(diào)速器。通過西門子S7-200的自由通訊口0與下掛的4臺變頻進行數(shù)字化的信息傳遞，采用USS協(xié)議。通過USS協(xié)議，S7-200 PLC可以實時讀取和設置變頻調(diào)的相關參數(shù)。通訊速率可達187～kb/s，通信介質(zhì)采用RS 485屏蔽雙絞線。利用S7-200的自由通訊口1與上位監(jiān)控機通過RS 485方式通訊，將變頻器的信息通過S7-200實時傳送到上位工控機中。
通過這樣的方式可以有效地實現(xiàn)遠程監(jiān)控、減少電纜的數(shù)量，提高了系統(tǒng)的自動化水平及運行的可靠性。本文介紹如何使用USS協(xié)議以及使用UISS協(xié)議要注意的問題。
2使用USS協(xié)議的要求
(1)初始化USS協(xié)議將作USS通訊；
(2)USS指令影響所有的與PORT0自由口通訊相關的SM區(qū)；
(3)USS指令使用14個子程序和3個中斷程序；
(4)USS指令使得用戶程序?qū)Υ鎯臻g的需求zui多可增加3 450 B；
(5)USS指令的變量需要400 B的V存儲區(qū)。該區(qū)域的起始地址由用戶并保留給USS變量；
(6)USS指令還要求16 B的通訊緩存區(qū)；
(7)在執(zhí)行計算時，USS指令使用累加器AC0～AC3
(8)USS指令不能用在中斷程序中。
3如何使用USS協(xié)議以及使用中要注意問題
3．1 USS協(xié)議提供的4個功能
(1)USS-INIT
在自由可編程通訊模式下，對與S7-200接口進行的USS通訊進行初始化。只有傳輸速率與通訊口需要定義所需的子程序、中斷和符號標簽自動生成。
(2)DRV CTRL
為控制和監(jiān)視變頻器：
在設定的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向和速度上的啟動／停止；
快速停止；
以zui大額定速度的百分比表示的驅(qū)動器速率(一200％～+200％)；
驅(qū)動器故障的確認；
當前驅(qū)動器狀態(tài)的詢問。
(3)READ PM
用于從變頻器讀取參數(shù)。
(4)WRITE PM
用于將參數(shù)寫主變頻器。
 
3．2 USS協(xié)議編程順序
(1)使用USS INIT指令初始化變頻器，端口0
用于LJSS協(xié)議，設置通訊的波特率哪個變頻器激活
等。程序只能通過一次啟動或改變USS參數(shù)。此程序段
可以在程序初始化子程序中完成。
(2)使用DRV CTRL激活變頻器。每條DRVCTRL只能激活一臺變頻器。而其他 USS指令，如：REAl)RPM(讀變頻器參數(shù))、WRITE RPM(寫變頻器參數(shù))可以任意添加。
(3)配置變頻器參數(shù)，以便和USS指令中的波特率和地址相對應。
(4)連接PLC和變頻器間的通訊電纜。需要注意的是，因為是通訊，所以連線時一定要注意動力線和通訊線分開布線，并且通訊線要使用短而粗的屏蔽電纜，且屏蔽層要接到和變頻器相同的接地點，否則會給通訊造成干擾，導致變頻器不能正常運行。
 
3．3需注意的問題
(1)USS協(xié)議使用PLC的O端口和變頻器通訊，對于有兩個端口的S7系列PLC要注意不要使用錯誤的端口號，而且當端口O用于USS協(xié)議通訊時，就不能再用于其他的目的了，包括與STEP7 Micro/win的通訊；
(2)在編程時，要注意使用的V存儲器不要和給USS分配的存儲器沖突。若在USS協(xié)議中使用的是VW4725～'VW5117之間的V存儲器，在編寫程序時，不要使用這個區(qū)域附近的V存儲器，以防出現(xiàn)不可預料的情況。
3．4使用USS協(xié)議程序舉例

4連接和設置4系列變頻器

4．1連接
連接4系列變頻器，將485電纜的兩端插人為USS操作提供的兩個卡式接線端。在S7-200上可使用標準PROFIBUS電纜和接頭。
4．2 設置M4系列變頻器
(1)將驅(qū)動恢復為出廠設置：
P0010=30
P0970=1
(2)使能對所有參數(shù)的讀/寫訪問：P0003=3；
(3)檢查驅(qū)動的電機設置：
P0304一額定電機電壓
P0305=額定電機電流
P0306一額定電機功率
P0307一額定電機頻率
P0308=額定電機速度
(4)設置本/遠程控制模式：P0700 INDEX0=5；
(5)在COM鏈接中設置到USS的頻率設定值：
P1000 INDEX0=5：
(6)斜坡上升時間：P1120=0∽650 S；
(7)斜坡下降時間：P1121=0∽650 S；
(8)設置串行鏈接參考頻率：P2000=1～650 Hm
(9)設置USS標準化：P2009 INDEX0=0；
(10)設置RS 485串口波特率；
(11)輸入從站地址：P2011 INDEX 0=O～31；
(12)設置串行鏈接超時：
P2014INDEX 0=0～65 535 ms
(13)P0971=1(啟動傳送)將參數(shù)設置的改變存入E2PROM。
