The sensor is specially designed for the measurement and batch control of high viscosity liquids such as glue, honey, or oil. It can be easily matched with 8025 and 8019 sensors and can be used for a variety of other purposes. Based on the principle of elliptic gear measurement, this small flow sensor is proved to be reliable and accurate measurement of flow. The design characteristics of the flowmeter are good repeatability and wide range of flow and viscosity. The characteristics of low pressure drop and high pressure make this flowmeter applicable to all kinds of occasions. All sensors are equipped with NPN open collector frequency output and frequency output with contacts. One meter long 5 wire cable is embedded in the sensor.
