8802系列調(diào)節(jié)閥寶德Burkert8802
該閥zui大的優(yōu)點在于它的電氣轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)內(nèi)集成了一個PID調(diào)節(jié)氣。該PID的功能可以*替代調(diào)節(jié)器，如果與PLC系統(tǒng)相配套可以zui大程度提高系統(tǒng)資源的利用率。寶德調(diào)節(jié)閥有兩種配置。一、用于醫(yī)藥行業(yè)衛(wèi)生要求高的隔離膜片式調(diào)節(jié)閥，二、用于衛(wèi)生要求稍低行業(yè)的角座式調(diào)節(jié)閥。這兩種配置都簡化了設備的控制部分。提高了設備的整體檔次。 The isolation diaphragm regulating valve which is used for the health requirement of the pharmaceutical industry, and 2. The corner seat regulating valve for the lower industry. Both of these configurations simplify the control portion of the device. Improved the overall level of the equipment.

寶德調(diào)節(jié)閥選型的選擇：
(1)確定公稱壓力，不是用Pmax去套PN，而是由溫度、壓力、材質(zhì)三個條件從表中找出相應的PN并滿足于所選閥之PN值。
(2)確定的寶德閥型，其泄漏量滿足工藝要求。
(3)確定的寶德閥型，其工作壓差應小于閥的允許壓差，如不行，則須從特殊角度考慮或另選它閥。
