The ratchet device is mounted on the driving shaft of the vane - type oscillating cylinder DSR. It transforms the oscillating rotation motion of the oscillating cylinder into a synchronous dividing motion. The movement of the cylinder drive shaft is only in the direction of the left or right direction, thus allowing the non-polar speed regulation to feed the movement.
