■ 臥式燃油(氣)蒸汽鍋爐爐體設計和制造采用三回程、濕背式,火箱為偏心爐膛,非對稱性結構。爐膽設計為波形膽,可減少熱膨脹產生的應力,也增加了剛度,增強了煙氣擾動,提高熱效率,增加了輻射受熱面積。
■ 傳熱管基本采用螺紋管,使得煙氣流程長,形成強烈的對流受熱面,傳熱效果好。
■ 配置優質的進口燃燒機 ( 低 NOx 型燃燒器 ),燃燒充分,煙氣中的有害成份低于國家標準 ( NOx 排放量低于400mg/m3 ) ,屬于環保產品。
■ 控制功能豐富,有燃氣壓力不足和泄漏報警。
■ 應用*的數字化智能控制技術,可遠程精確監控燃燒過程,采用*的進口元件,有多重聯鎖。
■ 可增設通訊接口和打印鍋爐運行參數并可設計安裝多臺鍋爐的計算機控制系統。
■ 有專門的指示燈,各部件一目了然,有自動檢漏防止因泄漏造成事故。
■ 可增設冷凝換熱器或空氣預熱器,以提高鍋爐熱效率,
■ 增設后鍋爐效率可提高到95%以上。
Boiler explanation
※ The advanced touch screen computer controller and digital computer controller are used to present a good function. The burner can be controlled at a 1-3 grade fire power, 5 sets of water pumps, oil pumps and solenoid valves can be controlled manually or automatically and switched from the running state to ready use state.
※ It has multiple protection devices, including those of water shortage and over pressure computer monitoring protection, burning off alarming gas alarming and electric leakage protection.
※ A communication interface and the printer for recording the operation of the boiler can be added. Besides, multiple sets of computer control system of the boiler can be designed and installed.
※ The body of boiler is designed and manufactured with the advance technology in the world. An ecentricy furnace hearth is made in a style of wet back and 3 returns to present a large area of heating and high heating efficiency
