良漿收集在轉鼓篩下面的底部帶攪拌的漿槽里,僅有像砂子一樣小的雜質可穿過轉鼓,而這種雜質很容易在后面的凈化系統中被除去。
The first part of the drum is the high concentration fibre release area. In this area, the pulp is diluted to 3-4 concentration. The diluted water comes from the spray pipe installed on the upper part of the drum, and the diluted water is sprayed inside through the sieve plate at the top of the screen. So that the clogged holes can be pushed back into the drum. Screening area can effectively separate fibers and impurities. Rotary drum sieve allows the use of waste paper with high impurity content without affecting the quality of pulp.
The fine pulp is collected in a stirred pulp tank at the bottom of the drum sieve. Only small impurities like sand can pass through the drum, which can be easily removed in the subsequent purification system.
