FCZ300錘直式粉碎機組
| 本機組由剪切式滾刀軋碎機、粉碎主 機、旋風分離器、布袋除塵器、星型排料器、進風蝶閥、離心式風機、電氣控制箱等組成。是一臺比較完整的中型粉碎機組。可用于醫藥、化工、輕工、食品等行業的粉碎加工。 特點：全部粉碎過程一經加料后物料就 在一個封閉的系統中自行流轉，直到細粉排出，無需人工操作，物料污染機會少，管道均采用快卸夾頭，清洗方便，有利制藥行業的GMP達標。 工作原理：塊狀或板狀物料從軋碎機 加料口進入軋碎機，由軋碎機軋碎后直接入粉碎機粉碎，細粉經篩板小孔排除，進入風管，由風力將細粉送入旋風分離器，絕大部分的細粉由裝在旋風分離器下端的星形排料器排出，直接進入貯粉桶或貯粉袋。夾帶少量粉塵的氣流由布袋除塵器除塵后經離心風機排空。 | The set is composed of shearing cutter machine,the crushing host, cyclone separator, bag filter, star-shaped row of feeders, the windy subbutterfly valve, centrifugal fans, electric control box. It is a more complete group of medium-sized pulverizer .And it can be used for smashing and processing in medicine, chemical, light industry, food industries. Characteristics: Once adding material, all the grinding process flow automa t ically inaclosed system till fine powder discharge, unmanual operation,fewer pullution, clean easily because of pipeline eqquiped with quick release chuck, enabling the pharmaceutical industry meeting GMP compliance. Working Disiplines: block or plate materials feeding from the mouth into the crushing machine, then into the jet milling directly, powder excluded through the sieve holes into the wind pipe, the wind will make fine Powder into the cyclone separator, most of the fine powder from the bottom of the star-shaped feeder row discharge and then into storage bins or storage chalks directly. Airflow with a small amount of dust, dedusting from the bag dust filter, evacuate through the windy sub-butterfly valve. |
