　　突起路標耐沖擊測試裝置操作步驟：

　　★準備：調整底座的螺栓使其底面處于水平，將待測突起路標放到底座下側并與其底面平行，如底面下側高度不夠，則需再次調整底座的螺栓，甚至用其它等厚度的塊狀物墊高底座的高度。將不銹鋼導管安裝到底座的安裝座內，將環形開關置于鎖止狀態，通過環形開關使支撐三角在圓形管內形成鋼球座即支撐三角的一臂處于懸臂狀態以支撐鋼球。

　　★落差高度標定：用卷尺測量突起路標上表面與支撐三角水平懸臂之間的距離。

　　★試驗：將鋼球置于鋼球座內左手扶住鋼球座的同時，右手快速往下撥環形開關即釋放處于鎖止狀態的支撐三角，確保鋼球自由落下沖擊突起路標。

　　★測量：用標準長度測量量具，測量突起路標表面裂紋的長度和面積。并記錄測量數據。

　　Protruding road sign impact tester operation steps

　　★Preparation:adjust the bolt of the base so that the bottom surface is level.Place the road markings to be tested on the lower side of the base and parallel to the bottom surface.If the height of the bottom side is not enough,you need to adjust the bolts of the base again,or even use other blocks of equal thickness.The height of the base is high.The stainless steel conduit is mounted in the mount of the base,ａnd the ring switch is placed in a locked state,ａnd the support triangle is formed in the circular tube by the ring switch to form a steel ball seat,that is,an arm of the support triangle is in a cantilever state to support the steel ball.

　　★Drop height calibration:Use a tape measure to measure the distance between the upper surface of the raised road sign and the horizontal cantilever of the support triangle.

　　★Test:While placing the steel ball in the steel ball seat and holding the steel ball seat with the left hand,the right hａnd quickly dials the ring switch to release the support triangle in the locked state,ensuring that the steel ball freely falls under the impact protruding road sign.

　　★Measurement:Measure the length and area of surface cracks on the raised road markings with a standard length measuring gauge.And record the measurement data.
