　　四、反光膜防粘紙可剝離性能測試儀操作步驟

　　裁取25mm×150mm的反光膜試樣，在其上放置符合JT/T687要求的6600g±33g重錘，使反光膜受到17.2kPa的壓力，然后置于70℃±2℃的空間里放置4h。取出反光膜，在標準測試條件下使之冷卻到室溫。試驗后，反光膜無需用水或其他溶劑浸濕，防粘紙即可方便的手工剝下，且無破損、撕裂或從反光膜上帶下粘合劑等損壞出現。

　　Fourth,reflective film release paper peelability performance tester steps

　　A 25 mm×150 mm reflective film sample was cut,ａnd a 6600 g±33 g weight hammer conforming to JT/T687 was placed thereon,ａnd the reflective film was subjected to a pressure of 17.2 kPa,ａnd then placed in a space of 70°C±2°C for 4 hours.The retroreflective film was removed and allowed to cool to room temperature under standard test conditions.After the test,the reflective film is not wetted with water or other solvents,ａnd the anti-adhesive paper can be easily peeled off by hａnd without damage,tearing or taking off the adhesive from the reflective film.

　　五、反光膜防粘紙可剝離性能測試儀注意事項：

　　1、為了確保試驗重錘的準確，應妥善保管并定期檢驗；

　　2、試驗時，取放重錘應小心輕放，以防滑手跌落；
