　　一、鋼筋殘余變形測試儀產(chǎn)品簡介：

　　■國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JGJ107-2010《鋼筋機(jī)械連接技術(shù)規(guī)程》規(guī)定，通過圓柱套筒機(jī)械連接的兩根鋼筋，在單向拉伸試驗(yàn)中，接頭的變形性能等級是一級時要求：殘余變形u0≤0.10mm（鋼筋直徑d≤Φ32mm）和u0≤0.14mm（鋼筋直徑d＞Φ32mm）。實(shí)際工作中測量到的殘余變形一般在0.030mm至0.080mm之間。殘余變形量很小。

　　■鋼筋殘余變形測試儀只有采用雙側(cè)引伸計測量得到的數(shù)據(jù)才是A準(zhǔn)確的；

　　■雙側(cè)引伸計和鋼筋之間只有采用彈性連接（例如：彈簧和皮筋套），這樣測量得到的數(shù)據(jù)才是A可靠的。多次實(shí)驗(yàn)證明：采用機(jī)械式剛性連接雖然連接方便，但是測量的數(shù)據(jù)誤差大，大于1%，重復(fù)性差，數(shù)據(jù)A靠，不能通過計量檢定。
