　　三、粉末壓片機操作規(guī)程：

　　★機器使用前須檢查沖模是否有缺邊、裂縫、變形等質量問題，檢查機器各裝置是否完好。

　　★檢查顆粒原粒是否符合要求，顆粒中的細粉含量不宜超過10%，以免影響機器使用性能及壽命。

　　★開車前應用手轉動帶輪或順點動按鈕試壓，確定片劑符合要求，機器運轉正常后，方可開機投入生產(chǎn)。

　　★機器設有倒車點動按鈕，壓片時產(chǎn)生疊片或上沖粘沖悶車及校核上沖進模情況進可使用，使用時只允許瞬時點動使機器微量反轉，否則會損壞機件。

　　★使用中要隨時注意機器的運轉情況，如有異常聲響，即應停機檢查，排除故障后再使用。

　　Third,the powder tablet press operating procedures:

　　★Before using the machine,check whether the die has quality problems such as missing edge,crack,deformation,etc.Check whether the machine is in good condition.

　　四、粉末壓片機注意事項：

　　★使用前必須先松開注油孔螺釘，壓片機才能正常工作

　　★定期在絲杠及柱塞泵處加潤滑油

　　★加壓決不允許超過機器的壓力范圍，否則會發(fā)生危險

　　★壓片機使用清潔的46號機油為宜，絕不可用剎車油

　　★加壓時感覺手動壓把有力，但壓力表無指示，應立即卸荷檢查壓力表

　　★新機器或較長一段時間沒有使用時，在用之前稍緊放油閥，加壓到20~25MPa時即卸荷，連續(xù)重復2~3次，即可正常使用

　　★大活塞不要超過行程20mm

　　Fourth,the powder tableting machine notes:

　　★Pressure must never exceed the pressure range of the machine,otherwise danger will occur

　　★The tablet press is made of clean No.46 oil,never use brake oil.

　　★When pressure is applied,the manual pressure is strong,but the pressure gauge has no indication.It should be unloaded immediately to check the pressure gauge.

　　★When the new machine is not used for a long period of time,put the oil valve slightly before use,ａnd unload it when pressurized to 20~25MPa,repeat it for 2~3 times,then it can be used normally.
