　　一、產品簡介：

　　落錘式沖擊試驗機，適用于纖維水泥波瓦抗沖擊性試驗的儀器。

　　二、產品結構：

　　落錘式沖擊試驗機結構:試驗機應保證固定祥品的平臺能前后滑動調整,茄形錘上下高度可調，并能自由釋放。支座為寬50mm的兩根鋼平面支座，長度略大于波瓦的寬度，其上墊厚度為10mm的木條，支座上有固定樣品的夾緊裝置。

　　落錘：茄形錘，表面淬火處理，質量為1000g±10g，外形尺寸見圖

　　Product structure:

　　Drop hammer type impact test machine structure:The test machine should ensure that the platform on which the product is fixed can slide back and forth,the height of the eggplant hammer can be adjusted,ａnd it can be released freely.The support is two steel plane supports with a width of 50mm,the length is slightly larger than the width of the wave tile,ａnd a wooden strip with a thickness of 10mm is placed on the support.The support has a clamping device for fixing the sample.

　　三、試驗步驟：

　　調整支距，使兩支座的**距為800mm。

　　達到沖擊點至沖擊錘底部圓頂的距離為1200mm
