　　三、儀器結(jié)構(gòu)：

　　★本試驗(yàn)機(jī)由底座、箱體立柱、夾頭、絲杠、軌道、電子測(cè)力系統(tǒng)、位移測(cè)量系統(tǒng)等零部件組成。

　　★機(jī)械加荷系統(tǒng)由下箱體內(nèi)減速箱及絲杠組成。

　　★夾頭由支架、壓板、支柱、軋片、彈簧等主要零件組成，上夾頭與測(cè)力體相連，通過它所夾持的試件向上運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)測(cè)力傳遞。

　　Third,the instrument structure:

　　★This testing machine consists of base,box post,chuck,lead screw,rail,electronic force measurement system,displacement measurement system and other components.

　　四、注意事項(xiàng)：

　　★本試驗(yàn)機(jī)整臺(tái)裝箱出廠，安裝時(shí)應(yīng)預(yù)先打好砼底座，高度應(yīng)和本機(jī)相配，方便操作為宜，也可向本廠訂做底柜。本機(jī)設(shè)置應(yīng)找水平，否則對(duì)拉力數(shù)值有影響，本機(jī)底部有四個(gè)底腳螺栓用以調(diào)整水平，接好地線即可使用。

　　★拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)試驗(yàn)完畢后，清理表面，罩好防塵罩。

　　Fourth,matters needing attention:

　　★The whole test machine is packed in a box before leaving the factory.The base of the test machine should be pre-assembled during installation.The height should match the machine,which is convenient for operation.You can also order a base cabinet from the factory.The level of this machine should be set,otherwise it will affect the tension value.There are four foot bolts on the bottom of the machine to adjust the level,ａnd the ground wire can be used.

　　★After the tensile tester finishes the test,clean the surface and cover the dust cover.
