　　石膏恒溫恒濕箱操作規程：

　　①應將儀器置于通風干燥處，在環境溫度2~38℃,相對濕度不大于85%,周圍無強烈振動及強電磁場影響的室內使用。

　　②砂漿養護箱安放平穩后，應檢查門開關是否靈活，電氣、制冷等部件是否損壞。

　　③將箱內水箱加水至末層擱架以下，電熱管以上2cm，把側門打開將加濕器水箱內加注滿蒸餾水，另把測溫干濕盒內塑料球里注滿水，并把紗布泡入水中。

　　④將電源插頭插入具有良好接地的220V插座中，HBY-30按動電源開關，儀器自動進入工作狀態。

　　⑤出廠時砂漿養護箱已編入標準設定程序，溫度控制值為20.0℃±1.0℃,濕度控制值為95%±1.5%,無特殊要求,不能改變控制程序,否則將可能出現控溫、控濕超出技術范圍，如需要改變控制值數據，可按照控溫儀說明書修改程序。

　　注意事項：

　　①電源電壓波動超過規定使用范圍，必須安裝電源穩壓器，否則將會損壞儀表及制冷機。

　　②電源接地一定要可靠，接地不良會對您的人身安全帶來危險。

　　③經常檢查加濕器、水箱，干濕盒內不要斷水，盒內紗布要每月更換。

　　④非有關人員不能擅自改變控制程序數據，以免造成儀器失控及損壞儀器。

　　Gypsum standard maintenance box operating procedures:

　　①The instrument should be placed in a ventilated and dry place,ａnd used indoors with an ambient temperature of 2~38°C and a relative humidity of not more than 85%,without strong vibration and strong electromagnetic fields.

　　②After the mortar curing box is placed stably,check whether the door switch is flexible and whether the electrical and refrigeration components are damaged.

　　③Fill the water tank in the tank to below the last shelf,2cm above the electric heating tube,open the side door to fill the water tank of the humidifier with distilled water,fill the plastic ball in the temperature measurement wet and dry box with water,ａnd soak the gauze Into the water.

　　④Insert the power plug into a 220V socket with a good ground.Press HBY-30 to switch on the power and the instrument will automatically enter the working state.

　　⑤The mortar curing box has been programmed into the standard setting procedure when leaving the factory.The temperature control value is 20.0℃±1.0℃,ａnd the humidity control value is 95%±1.5%.There is no special requirement,ａnd the control program cannot be changed,otherwise temperature control,Humidity control is beyond the technical range.If you need to change the control value data,you can modify the program according to the instruction of the temperature controller.

　　Precautions:

　　①The power supply voltage fluctuates beyond the specified use range,ａnd a power regulator must be installed,otherwise the instrument and the refrigerator will be damaged.

　　②The power supply grounding must be reliable.Poor grounding will bring danger to your personal safety.

　　③Check the humidifier and water tank frequently.Do not cut off the water in the wet and dry box.The gauze in the box should be replaced every month.

　　④Non-relevant personnel cannot change the control program data without authorization,so as not to cause the instrument to lose control and damage the instrument.

　　石膏恒溫恒濕箱常見故障排除方法：

　　①整機不工作：檢查電源開關，保險絲是否損壞。

　　②不制冷：檢查儀表是否顯示制冷狀態，檢查壓縮機過載保護器，起動器是否損壞，壓縮機能正常運轉而不制冷則可能是制冷劑泄漏。

　　③加濕器不加濕：檢查加濕器內小風機是否工作，加濕器底座內水位是否過高，加濕器安放是否傾斜過大，霧化換能器是否干凈。

　　④箱內溫差大：檢查風機是否工作，制冷指示燈亮而風機不工作，則風機損壞或保險絲壞。

　　⑤偶爾受外界電信號沖擊，儀表出現數顯失控，只需關閉電源開關或拔下電源插頭，再重新開機，即能正常工作。

　　Common troubleshooting methods for HBY-30 plaster standard curing box:

　　①The whole machine does not work:check whether the power switch and fuse are damaged.

　　②Uncooled:Check whether the meter shows the cooling status,check the compressor overload protector,whether the starter is damaged,ａnd the compressor can run normally without cooling.It may be refrigerant leakage.

　　③Humidifier does not humidify:Check whether the small fan in the humidifier works,whether the water level in the base of the humidifier is too high,whether the humidifier is placed too lean,ａnd whether the atomizing transducer is clean.

　　④Large temperature difference in the box:check whether the fan is working,if the cooling indicator is on and the fan is not working,the fan is damaged or the fuse is broken.

　　⑤Occasionally due to the impact of external electrical signals,the digital display is out of control.Just turn off the power switch or unplug the power plug,ａnd then turn it on again to work normally.
