該設備為在線檢測設備，適用于鋼鐵行業的圓鋼、鋼管管端等探傷，設備Z大的特點是能滿足鋼鐵行業的在線探傷，設備必須與相關的輔機配合，根據工件表面的情況，需要對工件進行清洗、吹干等，成套設備有儲料臺架、步進機構、輸送輥道、清洗系統、噴淋系統、磁化系統、觀察機構、退磁機構、吹干裝置、輸出輥道、下料機構、修磨系統等組成，設備采用的電子技術，采用模塊化國際電路，周向采用大型磁軛，縱向采用線圈，設備可分別周向磁化、縱向磁化和復合磁化，能自動完成工件步進、輥道輸送、清洗、吹干、噴淋、磁化、熒光觀察、退磁、下料、修磨等，工件兩頭無盲區，整機外型美觀、大方，可適用鋼廠所有鋼管管端探傷等。
