Standard type a test piece

A型靈敏度試片由日本無損檢測學會提出，以后為多個國家使用，主要用于零部件的磁粉探傷，在檢查中，對幾何形狀復雜，不同材質的工作，可以正確地選擇磁化規范，并可檢查探傷設備，磁粉和磁懸液的性能，在磁粉探傷操作過程中，可以避免漏檢，正確地知道探傷工作所需的電流峰值和方向，并對顯示缺陷的磁場強度有所估量A型靈敏度試片是磁粉探傷工作者的調試工具。

Type A sensitivity test piece * was first proposed by Japan Nondestructive Testing Society and will be used in many countries in the future. It is mainly used for magnetic particle inspection of parts. During inspection, magnetization specifications can be correctly selected for work with complex geometry and different materials, and the performance of inspection equipment, magnetic powder and magnetic suspension can be checked. During magnetic particle inspection operation, omission can be avoided, current peak value and direction required for inspection work can be correctly known, and magnetic field strength showing defects can be estimated. Type A sensitivity test piece is a necessary debugging tool for magnetic particle inspection workers.
