1.Brief introduction:
This machine is mainly used for surgical mask making. It adopt the technology of ultrasonic welding and photoelectric controlling, it can make the surgical mask with ear-loop at a time, the 1+1 design (one main body unit+one ear loop welding units) can greatly improve the productivity, and also effectively avoiding hands contact with mask, sterile product is available, It’s really a ideal equipment of mask making.
2.Manufacturing process:
Multi-station loading part-----material feeding----main body drape----nose bridge bar enclosing--ultrasonic welding-one distributing---ear loop welding-automatic stacker

A.Machine case body is made of aluminum alloy,rust and corrosion resistance,with a good antibacterial property.
B.Mask body and ear loop is welded by high quality ultrasonic,solder joint with high firmness and good look.
