★設備用途：
全自動絲網印刷機能夠對PET、PVC、PC、薄膜開關
BOPP薄膜標簽銘板、花紙、轉印材料
IMD、IML、亞克力、紙張、手機復合材料
等各類片材自動絲網印刷進行全自動高精密網版印刷，實現自動上料、自動除塵、自動印刷、自動下料；廣泛應用于轉移花紙和薄膜、柔性電路、薄膜開關、銘板銘牌等產品的生產過程之中。
★設備特點：
1.擁有5套伺服系統，動作快速穩定，定位準確。
2.整套設備包含：自動上料，自動除塵，自動印刷，自動下料裝置。
3.印刷傳動機構由伺服電機拖動，印刷速度平穩，停位準確。
4.用PLC（可編程控制器）控制，觸摸屏設置伺服驅動，操作快捷方便。
5.*的網版同步離網機構，避免產生粘網現象。
6.恒壓控制系統，保證刮墨刀、勻墨刀之壓力均衡，確保高印刷質量。
7.強力吸風馬達，*吸風控制，使承印物吸附牢固，釋放及時。
8.*的平臺吹吸風系統和伺服推規模塊，確保XY方向都能準確定位。
9.吹風系統配合多重分離系統，可靠分離印刷基材。
10.精密微調機構，方便對版。
11.出料皮帶能夠方便與后續加工設備對接。
