HD-9ISS3PC系列適用于160T-360T的各種臥式射出成型機(jī)的成品取出，手臂形式單截式，為單臂，三軸AC伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)，可以應(yīng)用于快速取出或模內(nèi)貼，模內(nèi)鑲件等特殊產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用，定位精準(zhǔn)，速度快，壽命長(zhǎng)，故障低，安裝機(jī)械手可增加產(chǎn)能(10-30%) 降低產(chǎn)品的不良率，保障操作人員的安全性，減少人工，精準(zhǔn)控制生產(chǎn)量,減少浪費(fèi)，保證交期。華成三軸驅(qū)控一-體控制系統(tǒng):信號(hào)線少，遠(yuǎn)距離通訊，擴(kuò)展性能好，抗干擾能力強(qiáng)，重復(fù)定位精度高，可以同時(shí)控制多軸，設(shè)備維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單，故障率少。

HD-9ISS3PC series traversing robot arm is applicable to all types ofhorizontal injection machine ranges of 160T-360T for take-out products.Vertical arm is single stage. Full AC servo motor driven on each axis andapplicable to take-out products with short forming cycle or complexautomatic. Also with the function of mold labeling and mold inserting.After installed this robot, the productivity will be increased 1030%, reducedefective rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce manpower andaccurately control the output to reduce waste.

HC three axis/five-axis driver and controller integrated system : Lessconnecting line， long distance communication, good expansionperformance strong anti-interference ability, high repeat precision, cansimultaneously control multiple axis, simple equipment maintenance,low failure rate.
