Main Features
1 .采用5只高性能伺服同步比例精確驅動。車頭、平衡羅拉、牽伸羅拉 左右紗架之間均由伺服電機驅動，消除傳統機械傳動易損、維護難'噪 音大等系列問題。
2. 采用進口可編程控制器、10"大屏幕彩色觸摸屏' 總線控制技術 等,提高了控制精度，增加了系統的安全可靠性。
3. 采用高精度激光遠距離測距裝置，實時監測盤頭卷繞周長變化，保證 盤頭卷繞線速度精確恒定。
4. 具有完善的斷電、缺相、失氣等安全保障功能。
5. 具有多品種、不同規格的氨綸紗筒補償曲線，確保整出同組盤頭之間 卷繞圈數相等，且卷繞原料凈重相等，確保紗架余絲一致，為客戶節約 大量原料成本。
6. 配有高精度照相斷紗自停裝置，保證整經缺頭、斷紗及時停車。
7. 系統具備自診斷功能，實時監測機器狀態及紗線張力，確保系統的安 全性和可靠性。
1. It's driven in-phase by 5 pcs of high performanceservo motorwhich are made by Lenze Germany The warperhead , leveling rolI er, draft rolI erａnd creel(L&R) aredr iven by servo motor to eli m i nate some problems such as noise, maintenance and damager which caused by traditional mechanicaI drive.
2. It adopts imported PLC, big colored LCD touch screen (10"), and bus-master ing, Which improves control I ing precision and stabiIity.
3. To ensure the precision of Iine speed of beam, the warper adopts high precis ion Iaser to measure and mon itors winding per imeter of the beam.
