本機適用于使用UV涂料平面涂裝產品的瞬間干燥。

This machine is suitable for instant drying of products coated with UV paint.

Working principle 工作原理

涂好UV漆的產品經輸送帶輸送通過裝有UV燈的干燥機燈箱下，UV涂料經UV光瞬間照射，發生光化學反應，交聯成膜，產品表面即已干燥。

The products coated with UV paint are conveyed through the conveyor belt through a dryer lamp box equipped with a UV lamp. The UV coating is instantaneously irradiated with UV light, a photochemical reaction takes place, cross-linking is formed into a film, and the surface of the product is dried.
