How to judge the quality of edge banding?

預(yù)銑機構(gòu)

Pre-milling Unit

標(biāo)配40mm銑刀（選配65mm）。采用雙銑刀對開料產(chǎn)生的波紋痕跡、毛刺或不垂直等現(xiàn)象進行修飾，使封邊條與板材的貼合更加緊密，整體性和美觀度更佳。

Standard with 40T pre-milling cutter, to trim off the defects of panel surface, and thus to achieve a close sticking and a better edge results.

修邊機構(gòu)

Trimming Units

將突出于木板上下表面多余邊帶切除，使封邊帶上下邊緣與木板的上下表面平齊。

Trim excess edge off the panel top and bottom, to have a level and smooth edging results.

刮邊機構(gòu)

Scraping Unit

消除修邊非直線運動切削過程引起的波紋痕跡，使板材上下部分更加光滑整潔。

Trim off the tools marks, ensuring the best edging quality.

脫模清潔機構(gòu)

Spray&Clean Unit

待封邊板件上下面噴脫模劑，防止封邊過程中溢出的熱熔膠粘染板面。

Spray agent on top and bottom of the panel to be edged, which prevents over-flown hot-melt sticking on the panel surface.

噴涂清潔劑，便于后工序清潔。

Spray the clean agent for easy cleaning in the next station.
