結構特點

該機床用于加工各種零件的平面、型面及鍵槽等，對單件或小批生產車間適合。主轉動的機構是變搖柄齒輪的回轉運動為滑枕的往覆運動，工作臺可作縱向、橫向和回轉，自動與手動進給并可實現快速移動，工作臺遇有故障時則自動停止進給和限位保險。分度機構供工作臺回轉分度用，按所需分度加工零件。機床附有電磁自動抬刀的刀架和刀桿。刀架用于外插削，刀桿用于內插削和鍵槽。

Features

This machine is suitable for single-piece or small-batch production with cutting variousplane, formed surface and key way etc. The main transmission mechanism is used for con-verting the rotating motion of the crank gear into reciprocating motion of rain. Longitudinal,cross and rotary for worktable feeding are automatically or manually. Worktable can auto-matically stop running by safety device in case of fault. The worktable can index as per theworkpiece requirement. The machine is accompained with an electro magnetic automatictool hoider and a tool bar.The tool holder is used for outer slotting and the tool bar for innerslotting and for slotting the keyway.
