主要用途：
該設備是一種負壓式灌裝磁力旋蓋于二位一體的機器，適用于醫藥、化工、食品、飲料等行業的糖漿、合劑、冼劑、酊劑、酒劑、農藥、飲料或其它液體灌裝旋蓋用，也可與其它機器組成生產線。本灌裝部分采用雙室低真空負壓等位灌裝，旋蓋部分采用磁力離合器，特別適用于易產生泡沫，易滴漏，旋緊力度大，瓶子易擦傷的產品。
Main Applications:
This machine merges negative pressure and filling-magnetic force capping into one. It is applicable to filling and capping the syrup, mixture, washing agents, tincture, vinum, pesticides, drink and other liquid in the field of medicine, chemical industry, food and beverage. In addition, it can also make production line with other machines. With double chamber, low vacuum, and capping part with negative pressure filling part and magnetic clutch, this machine applies especially to some products which lather, drip, broke easily, or tighten strongly.

Performance Characteristics:
- No bottle, no filling. The filling is without dripping or pollution to screw thread and body of the bottle.
- Filling is without froth or liquid spillover.
- It can wash and sterilize in line.
- The filling liquid level stays the same.
- Air blast parallels the caps. Drive plate distributes the caps. Spiral cover head catches the caps vertically and accurately.
- Magnetic spiral cover adjusts the tightening, and automatic clutch protects bottle body from break.
- This machine positions accurately, never slip and protect the bottle against break by using the positioning device of cam lift bottle body.
