用       途：本機可測試橡、塑料、皮革、金屬、尼龍線、織物、紙及航空、包裝、建筑、石化、電工、車輛…等等材料之拉伸、壓縮、彎折、剪力、粘接力、剝離、撕裂…等等試驗，為品質管制、進料檢驗、物性試驗、力學研究、材料開發之基本設備。

軟件功能：測控系統是專為微機電子*試驗機、微機液壓*試驗機、微機壓力機設計的測控系統。可進行拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、撕裂、剝離試驗。采用PC機和接口板進行數據的采集、保存、處理和打印試驗結果。可計算zui大力、屈服力、平均剝離力、zui大變形、屈服點、彈性模量等參數；可進行曲線處理、多傳感器支持、圖形圖像化的接口、靈活的數據處理、MS-ACCESS數據庫支持，使系統功能更為強大。

YL-1109 Tensile Testing Machine

Purpose:

This tester is designed for conduct tensile, compression, bending, shearing, bonding strength, peeling, tearing and other tests for rubber, plastic, leather, metal, nylon line, fabric, paper, aviation, packaging, construction, petrifaction, electrician, vehicle and other materials. It is a basic equipment of quality control, receiving inspection, physical test, mechanics research, material development.

Software Function:

Test & Control System is designed for PC Electronic Universal Testing Machines, PC Hydraulic Universal Testing Machines and PC Compression testers; can conduct tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing and peeling test; use PC and interface board for data collection, preservation, processing and printing test result; can calculate max force, yield strength, average peeling force, max deformation, yield point, elastic modulus and other parameters; can conduct curve graphics processing, multi-sensor support, video and image interface, flexible data processing, MS-ACCESS database support, making more powerful function of system.
