YL-2208鹽水噴霧試驗機

鹽水噴霧試驗機，乃針對各種材料表面處理，包含涂料、電鍍、有機及無機皮膜、防銹油、化學處理之耐腐蝕質量試驗，進而達到制品長時間之耐腐蝕性。

特點：

● 該機采用進口PVC板制，內箱采用*的環帶立體補強技術，結構強實，*變形。

● 試驗室以五面加溫方式加溫，可確實掌握試驗機室內之均溫性。

● 噴嘴：采用伯努特定理吸取鹽水而霧化，將使霧氣擴散速度加倍，并自然落于試片上，其落霧量差可控制于±0.3ml/80cm2H。

● 飽和空氣采用空氣亨利定律,于以加熱加濕,并提供試驗室所需之濕度。

● 溫度為直接影響腐蝕速率之先決條件，本公司采用P.I.D方式之溫度控制器，控制誤差±0.1℃以內。

Materials used:

1. Test chamber: use the PVC gray impact resistance plate （from Germany）, 5mm in thickness;

2. Thermostat water tank: use the gray impact resistance plate of PVC （from Germany）, 5mm in thickness and it is equipped with the auto water level controller to avoid the inconvenience to refill the water by manpower.

3. The upper cover of the test chamber: use the European transparent acrylic plate, 5mm in thickness;

4. The barrel for refilling the reagent: equipped with a built-in water level gauge. Use the gray impact resistance plate made of PVC，5mm in thickness, which looks as an integral whole with the machine stand.

5. The basket supporter inside the test chamber: use the gray PVC impact resistance plate, the test angle can be freely adjusted to 15º and 30º
