1、 什么是DCS?
DCS是分布式控制系統的英文縮寫(Distributed Control System),在國內自控行業又稱之為集散控制系統。
2、 DCS有什么特點?
DCS是計算機技術、控制技術和網絡技術高度結合的產物。DCS通常采用若干個控制器(過程站)對一個生產過程中的眾多控制點進行控制,各控制器間通過網絡連接并可進行數據交換。操作采用計算機操作站,通過網絡與控制器連接,收集生產數據,傳達操作指令。因此,DCS的主要特點歸結為一句話就是:分散控制集中管理。
3、 DCS的結構是怎樣的?
上圖是一個較為全面的DCS系統結構圖,從結構上劃分,DCS包括過程級、操作級和管理級。過程級主要由過程控制站、I/O單元和現場儀表組成,是系統控制功能的主要實施部分。操作級包括:操作員站和工程師站,完成系統的操作和組態。管理級主要是指工廠管理信息系統(MIS系統),作為DCS更高層次的應用,目前國內紙行業應用到這一層的系統較少ADV551-P00。
DCS的控制決策是由過程控制站完成的,所以控制程序是由過程控制站執行的。
5、 過程控制站的組成如何?
DCS的過程控制站是一個完整的計算機系統,主要由電源、CPU(****處理器)、網絡接口和I/O組成
6、 I/O是什么?
控制系統需要建立信號的輸入和輸出通道,這就是I/O。DCS中的I/O一般是模塊化的,一個I/O模塊上有一個或多個I/O通道,用來連接傳感器和執行器(調節閥)。
7、 什么是I/O單元?
通常,一個過程控制站是有幾個機架組成,每個機架可以擺放一定數量的模塊。CPU所在的機架被稱為CPU單元,同一個過程站中只能有一個CPU單元,其他只用來擺放I/O模塊的機架就是I/O單元ADV551-P00。
I/O單元與CPU是通過現場總線連接的。
