DCS在石油儲運(yùn)行業(yè)上的應(yīng)用
1 引言
某儲運(yùn)銷售分公司是年外輸計(jì)量交接原油4000多萬噸和存儲能力60萬m3的大型油庫,總占地面積約80萬平方米。該油庫主要擔(dān)負(fù)著油田80%左右的原油計(jì)量以及向煉油廠、石化總廠外輸原油計(jì)量等任務(wù),年進(jìn)出庫原油約1100萬噸。該石油儲運(yùn)集團(tuán)油庫通過社會招標(biāo)建設(shè)油庫管控一體化綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。項(xiàng)目zui終選擇采用DCS。搞項(xiàng)目存在監(jiān)測區(qū)域面積大、參數(shù)實(shí)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確性要求高、現(xiàn)場通訊互聯(lián)設(shè)備多等工程困難,項(xiàng)目實(shí)施很好的完成了實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)采集和信息化管理,大大的提高了南三油庫石油儲運(yùn)工作的效率,降低了崗位工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度ARS55M-110模塊。
2 WebField DCS
DCS的基本組成包括工程師站(ES)、操作站(OS)、控制站(CS)和通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)SCnet II。在通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)上掛接通信接口單元(CIU)可實(shí)現(xiàn)DCS與PLC等數(shù)字設(shè)備的連接;通過多功能計(jì)算站(MFS)和相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用軟件AdvanTrol-PIMS可實(shí)現(xiàn)與企業(yè)管理計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)的信息交換,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程的管理、控制全集成綜合自動(dòng)化。DCS覆蓋了大型集散系統(tǒng)的安全性、冗余功能、網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)展功能、集成的用戶界面及信息存取功能,系統(tǒng)規(guī)模變換靈活,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)從一個(gè)單元的過程控制,到全廠范圍的自動(dòng)化集成。
DCS控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)SCnet Ⅱ連接工程師站、操作站、控制站和通訊處理單元。通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)采用總線形或星形拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),曼徹斯特編碼方式,遵循開放的TCP/IP協(xié)議和IEEE802.3標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。SCnet Ⅱ采用1∶1冗余的工業(yè)以太網(wǎng),TCP/IP的傳輸協(xié)議輔以實(shí)時(shí)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障診斷。其特點(diǎn)是可靠性高、糾錯(cuò)能力強(qiáng)、通信效率高。SCnet Ⅱ真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了控制系統(tǒng)的開放性和互連性。通過配置交換器(SWITCH),操作站之間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)速度達(dá)100Mbps,而且可以接多個(gè)SCnet Ⅱ子網(wǎng),形成一種組合結(jié)構(gòu)。
