ACP-BMF type coolant pump is multistage centrifugal pump of high pressure, It is mainly used for the large-sized machine with high precise and high efficiency which requires high pressure.
It is mostly fit for cooling the processing work and for flowing down and washing it by means of dispersing the cut chip. In case that much higher pressure (delivery head) is nedded, pump have to be connected in series so for incresing pressure.
To prevent mixing in of alien substance and deterioraion of suction force when pump is installed, enough gap between the base of pump casing and tank have to be maintained. |

ACP-BMF type coolant pump is multistage centrifugal pump of large quantity oil and high lift. It is mainly used for the large-sized machinetools with high precise and high efficiency, which especially requires large quantity of oil.
It is mostly fit for cooling the processed work and for flowing down and washing it by means of dispersing the cut chip.
It is oil submersion type. As mortor is placed apart form the pumping part, temperaure of cutting oil does not transfer to motor directly
To prevent mixing in of alien substance and deterioration of suction force when pump is installed, enough gap between the base of pump casing and tank have to be maintained. |
