| ATP-HA is designed ot fit for transferring oil and fuel as lubrication supply pump. The oil leakage of seal is prevented by using seal doubly, which is for installing a bearing rod, in high pressure. The material of oil seal is fluoride rubber and it can be used at high tempraure(180˚C). This pump has cover side so it is fit for using coolant because oil seal is equipped in front of bearing at the cover side, and cutting liquid or oil shoud not to be mixed in. Pulley drive and chain drive is possible because bearing is inserted in the front and the rear side of pump shaft. AMTP type is directly connected with motor. According to the attachment type, there are bracket type and flange type, In case that use for pressure, there is extern drain block attachment type to prevent sudden rise of oil temperature and overheat of motor. It is widely used for lubricating working tool, oil transfer, injection of cutting oil, and fuel transfer to the boiler (Bunker-C Oil, List-oil, etc.) the various industrial machines, and oil pressure. |
