FUNCTIONAL DATA
1) Transmitter Parameters.
The parameters that are available for display and setting
are:
Measuring range: upper and lower measuring range limits
adjustable by 5 K steps (for minimum span see table。)
Zero and span Adjustment: by 0.1℃ steps (or 0,18℉ or 0,1
O ) from-9.9℃ to +9.9℃ (or from -17,8℉ to +17,8℉ or from
-9.9O to +9.9O )
Reverse Output : obtained via software
Measuring Units : for the displaying measure ℃ or ℉ may
be selected. If the chosen sensor element is potentiometer,
will appear "O"
GENERAL
Series TT-26 transmitters measures a temperature in
ranges from -200 up to +1600℃ . The measuring element
may be a thermocouple, a resistance RTD element or a
potentiometer.
The sensor generates a signal corresponding to the actual
temperature and it is complete with a PTC thermistor which
also transmits the temperature at the terminals inside the
case to the electronic system (cold junction). On the basis of
these two values and of the configured parameters the
electronic system generates a standard output signal (4 to
20 mA, two wires system) and displays all the necessary data
on the LCD display. The operating parameters can be
changed by means of the four pushbuttons that are below the
LCD display.
Among the relevant characteristics of this microprocessor
based transmitter, are the following:

-linear 4 to 20 mA output for all TC types and RTD's
-advanced microprocessor based electronics
-a wide selection of sensors
-ambient temperature (cold junction) compensation
-models for direct or surface and 2 inch pipe mounting
