1.開機前首先檢查各部件是否在正常位置，各運動部件是否完好，導軌有油潤滑，然后開機底速動轉1~2分鐘，觀察是否有異常情況，等機床運轉正常后方能進行工作；

Then start the machine at the bottom and rotate it for 1 ~ 2 minutes to observe whether there are abnormal conditions. The machine can work only after the machine runs normally;

2.工情況選擇刀具、轉速、進刀量、加工速度及順，逆銑方向；

3.整個加工過程不能用手或碎布等雜物接觸正在轉動的刀具，在清理石粉時要確保刀具停止運轉才能清除；

4.作業(yè)完畢，關閉電源，清除各部位石粉，雜物。其他相關輔助工具必須放還原處；

5.定期（依使用情況）清理電器箱內灰塵，檢查接線端子螺絲是否松動，以保證機器電路安全，可靠使用；

6.工作臺面及導軌每天擦拭干凈，不可有石粉、油污雜質等；

7.連續(xù)運行要保證冷卻水的潔凈及冷卻機的正常工作，不可以使水冷主軸電機出現(xiàn)缺水現(xiàn)象，定時更換冷卻水，以防止水溫過高；

11.主軸、工作臺和導軌面嚴禁敲打和沖擊，工作臺及道軌面不得亂放工具和毛坯及不相關的工件或物品；
