1、機臺本身吸附力不好,整張板子吸附固定的問題不大,加工小料的時候就吸附不住。

2、生產軟件生成的加工路徑不合理,應當遵循先切小板再切大板,先切沒有連接的地方再切有連接的地方,都是小板要從外邊往里面切,遵序的原理就是產品不是依靠本身的吸附力固定住自己,而是靠其它的板材去輔助固定的,注:加工實木的時候尤其要注意材料的紋理。

4、加工時刀具過切量太大,臺面底板加工留下的深淺不一的刀痕,刀痕加工時會漏氣,造成材料跟底板之間吸附力小,同時造成接觸面小根據單位面積摩擦力公式,摩擦力等于摩擦因數乘以正向壓力,接觸面積減少,正向壓力減小,那么相對應的摩擦力也會隨之減小,在開料阻力不變的情況下去,摩擦力小于阻力就會造成跑板。
