1、使用前用擦布將機(jī)器操作臺及下料口擦拭干凈，可以適當(dāng)用少量溫水沖洗下料口，主要是沖掉機(jī)器內(nèi)外的浮塵等；待加工料尺寸不能超過下料口；待加工料須剔除骨頭及硬物；

請按機(jī)器背面接地標(biāo)識將機(jī)器接地，可以有效防止靜電及觸電，檢查機(jī)器開關(guān)是否關(guān)閉，機(jī)器通電以前，機(jī)器所有開關(guān)須為關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，離合器為斷開狀態(tài)（雙電絞切機(jī)無離合器）。

以上工作都完成以后，即可將電源開關(guān)接在插在220V三孔插座上（若機(jī)器使用的380v電壓，則需要請專業(yè)電工將電源線接在有380v的開關(guān)上），插上電源后，打開絞肉開關(guān)，觀察機(jī)器是否旋轉(zhuǎn)，如果機(jī)器正常旋轉(zhuǎn)，則將物料放入絞肉下料口即可開始絞肉，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁將手伸進(jìn)出料口。

大型切肉機(jī)

切肉片時(shí)，打開切肉開關(guān)，觀察刀片是否正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，若正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，將物料放入切肉下料口，即可開始切片，如需切絲，只需將切好的肉片，放入切片下料口再切一次，即可切成肉絲。（注：絞切機(jī)的絞肉和切肉可以同時(shí)進(jìn)行操作。）

3、大型切肉機(jī)長時(shí)間不用，在繼續(xù)使用前，要在切肉圓刀片組上涂抹食用油，打開機(jī)器后蓋，合離合器手拉皮帶，觀察機(jī)器刀片與刀片之間或其它運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部位是否卡滯，手拉機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)圈后，方可將機(jī)器通電，閉合離合器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。否則機(jī)器可能因銹死生產(chǎn)“開車”，將造成尼龍齒輪損壞和燒壞電機(jī)！
